Who I Am
I started a tutoring hustle out of a granny flat. What followed was one of Sydney's leading English tutoring firms, built from the ground up and sold without a hiccup.
I then built and exited an edtech AI startup, a product that initially had no traction. I transformed the business in six months and negotiated an exit that was nationally recognised.
Both times, the same principle held: build the business to run without you before you ever think about selling it. That shift changes everything about the price, the terms, the timeline, and who holds the power in the room.
